Account and workspace use

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account ownership, controlling access to their workspace, and ensuring staff use the platform appropriately for authorized operational purposes.

Shared credentials, unauthorized access, and misuse of other organizations data are not permitted.

Commercial expectations

Subscriptions, onboarding terms, implementation scope, and any service commitments should be reviewed together with the commercial agreement or quote applicable to your organization.

Where there is a signed agreement, that agreement governs over high-level website summaries.

Acceptable use and service boundaries

Customers may not use SehatDesk to violate law, infringe rights, disrupt service, probe other tenants, or attempt access outside their authorized environment.

We reserve the right to protect the platform and other customers where misuse creates risk.
